Together, we’ll develop a customized wellness plan that empowers you to feel your best—inside and out.

We’ll start with your health history and a deep listening session to help identify your challenges, roadblocks, and personal wellness goals.

Then, will create a health plan tailored to your individual needs. All packages include:

  • Semi-monthly 45-minute coaching sessions via Zoom

  • Personalized strategies tailored to your unique needs

  • Practical tools and resources to encourage and inspire you at every stage of midlife

  • Detailed session notes delivered straight to your inbox after each session

  • Support and accountability to help you implement lasting changes
