I'm a certified integrative health coach, life-long holistic health practitioner, and wellness writer.
Now, in my mid-50s, I am passionate about helping other women live their best lives in midlife and beyond.
I combine research-backed strategies with lived experience, insight, and compassion to help you navigate this stage confidently, clearly, and with a plan that works for you.
My Story
In my late 40s, I began wrestling with intense mood swings, an increase in anxiety, hot flashes, urogenital symptoms, and insomnia (after a lifetime as a champion sleeper!).
It was, to say the least, a rude awakening.
As a writer and journalist, my instinct was to research what was happening to me, so I dug into books, tuned into podcasts, and immersed myself in all things midlife and menopause.
I also connected with a community of women going through the same thing. It opened my eyes to the value of support, community, and the ability to share resources and knowledge.
Now, after a lifelong interest in nutrition and holistic health, lived experience, and a health coach certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I’m here to help others through the perimenopause and menopause transition.
