About Sacha
In my late 40s, I found myself wrestling with mood swings, an unwelcome surge in anxiety, and insomnia (after a lifetime as a champion sleeper!).
As a writer and journalist, my instinct was to research what was happening to me, so I devoured books, tuned into countless podcasts, and immersed myself in all things midlife and menopause. I also met like-minded women and found community, which was invaluable.
But my passion for health and wellness started long before that. I've been fascinated by nutrition, fitness, and holistic well-being for as long as I can remember.
I've spent years exploring how diet, movement, and lifestyle choices impact our bodies and minds (and, importantly, how to make those choices without sacrificing life's pleasures).
This curiosity and commitment to evidence-based wellness led me to earn my health coach certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
Now, in mid-50s, I want to share what I’ve learned and support you so you don’t have to go it alone.
I combine research-backed strategies with lived experience, insight, and compassion to help you navigate this stage confidently, clearly, and with a plan that works for you.
