  • What is your coaching philosophy?

    I believe in building a collaborative, compassionate, and honest relationship with my clients.

    I’m here to guide and support clients and to offer meaningful accountability on their journey to better health.

  • What does a health coach do?

    Health coaches take an integrative and holistic approach to health, looking beyond food to consider other areas of life that need nourishment, like career, physical activity, and relationships.

    Health coaches empower clients to better their health by providing a safe space to explore all aspects of their well-being, applying core concepts from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition for a deeper understanding of health.

  • What type of certification do you have?

    I received my Health Coach Certificate from the Intitute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN).

    Founded in 1992, IIN has received program approvals from organizations in the U.S. and internationally, such as the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching (NBWHC), the International Coaching Federation (ICF), The Health Coach Alliance, and Health Coaches Australia and New Zealand Association (HCANZA).

  • How often will we meet?

    I offer three-, six- and 12 month coaching packages designed to fit your individual needs and lifestyle. We will discuss what package is best for you during your complimentary 30-minute consultation.

    Each confidential health coaching session is 45 minutes and takes place over Zoom. We will meet twice a month.

  • What types of health concerns can you help with?

    Women in mid-life are often grappling with significant physical and mental changes and concerns. I offer clients practical tools, science-backed research, accountability, and compassion, all grounded in lived experience.

    The types of things we focus on include everything from hot flashes and sleeplessness to weight gain and anxiety to hormonal imbalances and mood swings.

    Together, we will identify and prioritize the areas that are the most important to you and develop a personalized health plan that you can put into action immediately.

  • What can I expect during a health coaching session?

    During our sessions, I will actively listen to your concerns, ask questions to understand your goals and challenges, and help you explore solutions.

    We will discuss your health and wellness concerns, your vision for a vibrant and meaningful mid-life, your goals, and the actionable steps that will move you towards a more fulfilling and vibrant mid-life and beyond.
