The Big List of Menopause Resources

Over the past six years, I’ve been immersed in all things menopause and have uncovered some excellent resources. Here are a few sites I have found particularly helpful.

  • The Menopause Society: Looking for a menopause practitioner? Start here. This non-profit also offers patient education, professional resources, and advocacy.

  • Healthy Women: A site dedicated to educating women in the middle — ages 35 to 64 — so they can make informed health decisions, advocate for themselves and prioritize their health and wellness.

  • Let's Talk Menopause: A nonprofit “invested in changing the conversation around menopause so women get the information they need and the healthcare they deserve.”

  • Flowspace: A good resource for all things menopause and women's health.

  • Midi Health: A leading national virtual care clinic focused on women in midlife. They offer care for menopause/perimenopause, weight, mood, sexual health, and more.

  • MyAlloy: This company offers “FDA-approved possibilities for menopause treatment,” including HRT, skincare treatments, hair loss solutions, and more.

  • AARP The Girlfriend: A weekly newsletter for GenX women covering health, lifestyle, relationships, money, travel, and more. Full disclosure: I’ve been writing for them since 2019.

  • Everything is Fine: I don't know how many people I've recommended this podcast to, but it's my favorite. Funny and utterly relatable, hosts Kim France (former editor of Lucky) and Jenn Romolini (author and national treasure) are like the cool sisters you've always wanted.

Did I miss a great resource? Please reach out, and I’ll consider adding it to the list!
